CITY OF Covington To Hold A Location and Design Public Information Open House for Project CSSTP-0010-00(331) Newton County P.I. NO. 0010331

On September 18, 2014 the City of Covington will hold a Public Information Open House concerning the proposed reconstruction of Pace Street.  The Public Information Open House will be held from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the City Council Meeting Room located at 2194 Emory Street in Covington, Georgia.  Representatives from the City will be available from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with plans and displays. The public will have an opportunity to attend the Public Information Open House at its convenience to ask questions and discuss the project with City representatives.  There will be no formal presentation.
A court reporter will be available during this time to allow the public an opportunity to make verbal comments about the project. These comments will be included in the transcript of the public Information open house.

Written statements should be sent by September 30, 2014.  For ten days after the Public Information Open House the displays will be available for review at Covington City Hall, 2194 Emory Street, Covington, Georgia, and at the District 2 Area 5 Office, 1570 Bethany Road, Madison, Georgia.   As soon as the comments are compiled they will also be available at these locations.
